These are the guys you want when disaster hits.I can’t say enough about Fine Restoration and their technician Jake Ross. The response on a busy pre-holiday Saturday night was immediate. He showed up with a crew and started in mitigating the water damage. It was serious damage, and they worked a number of days to dry and tear out the damage. I was especially impressed with how the owner and a manager came by to check on us. Jake and his crew cleaned up as they worked; exceptionally clean and neat. Responsive, thorough, coordinated well with others (the plumber and the adjuster), patient answering questions. Very careful with our things. I highly recommend Fine Restoration and Jake Ross as a technician/project manager.

If my schedule would have allowed, I could have had them out the same day. We scheduled for the next day.
