These are the guys you want when disaster hits.I can’t say enough about Fine Restoration and their technician Jake Ross. The response on a busy pre-holiday Saturday night was immediate. He showed up with a crew and started in mitigating the water damage. It was serious damage, and they worked a number of days to dry and tear out the damage. I was especially impressed with how the owner and a manager came by to check on us. Jake and his crew cleaned up as they worked; exceptionally clean and neat. Responsive, thorough, coordinated well with others (the plumber and the adjuster), patient answering questions. Very careful with our things. I highly recommend Fine Restoration and Jake Ross as a technician/project manager.

Fine Restoration responded immediately, within an hour, after they were called for water leaking. Devan was very thorough and professional in explaining the problem and the possible solutions. He followed industry and homeowner's insurance standards to take care of the problem. The company was very careful and respectful in taking care of my property. They were responsive and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.

Fine Restoration did an amazing job helping us restore our house after a flood. All three floors were flooded and after a single call, I had a team of professional experts at our home at 9pm on a Sunday evening. They helped lead us through the process and explain the steps and potential obstacles in rebuilding our house. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for great service, look no further!

When we moved to a new house, we had no idea that we had mold there. At some point, we decided that we wanted to change some furniture, and when we moved it, we found out that the walls were covered in mold. We were looking for some options, but applying all these chemicals was terrifying for us since we have cats and a toddler. But here we found an eco-friendly option that also is safe for little ones.

I can only say the most positive things about Fine Restoration. I had a water leak in my kitchen that required immediate attention. Not only were they very quick to start my drying out process/rebuild, but they also guided me through the entire process without stress. To me, that’s priceless! I sent an email requesting someone come out and look at a potential leak in my ceiling. Within minutes I received a phone call to schedule the inspection. If my schedule would have allowed, I could have had them out the same day. We scheduled for the next day. They showed up on time, fully prepared, and used a moisture reader rather than a simple eye inspection. They gave me recommendations what to look for and potential issues and to call them if I ran into further issues. Thoroughly pleased with their responsiveness. And the price was right: $0 for the inspection. Highly recommend Fine Restoration for any potential leak issues!
